In 1998, Joe Roebuck perceived the rising interest for a protected, easy-to-utilize, and reasonable gun as a developing number of states ordered regulation to permit hid convey grants to decent residents. With over forty years of involvement with the assembling business, Roebuck set off to apply his abilities as a Tool and Die Maker and Mechanical Design Engineer to plan the CPX series of 9mm guns. In September 2003, Roebuck established Skyy Industries, LLC (presently known as SCCY Industries, LLC) to create the inventive CPX line.
